Order Processing:
- Once your order is placed, our team will process it within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Note: Some items may have a special order lead time of 2-4 weeks. This information will be indicated on the product page
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or delivery issues.
- While most orders arrive within 1-3 business days, some remote locations or special orders may have slightly longer delivery times. We'll keep you informed throughout the process.

We offer fast and reliable shipping using multiple carriers to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Free shipping is available on most orders! Some special order items may have extended lead times, which will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Enjoy free shipping on orders over $99 (CAD). This applies to most locations within Canada.
For orders under $99 (CAD), a flat rate shipping fee of $10.99 will be applied.
In some cases, remote locations may have additional shipping charges. If this applies to your order, the surcharge will be clearly displayed during checkout.
International Shipping:
We currently do not ship outside of Canada.
Split Shipments:
- In some cases, your order may consist of multiple items that are stored in different warehouses or locations. As a result, you may receive split shipments, where each item is shipped separately.
- If your order is split into multiple shipments, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package. The estimated delivery timeframes may vary for each shipment.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.
- You can also track your order by logging into your Ride Ready account and accessing the Order History section.
Order Modifications and Cancellations:
- We understand that you may need to modify or cancel your order. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible to request any changes.
- While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, please note that order modifications or cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
